Under the theme “Enhancing Operational Readiness Through Inclusive Leadership,” the event brings together military leaders, policymakers, practitioners and partners to discuss WPS, with a focus on inclusive leadership and operational readiness in the defence and security sector. This is a key step in advancing the implementation of the WPS agenda within the Malaysian Armed Forces following the launch of Malaysia’s first National Action Plan (2025-2030) in September 2025.
