Abstract
Based on the Government Organization Law of June 19, 2015; the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Government Organization Law and the Law on Organization of Local Government of November 22, 2019.
Based on the Gender Equality Law of November 29, 2006.
Based on the Resolution No. 130/2020/QH14 of November 13, 2020, by the National Assembly on the participation to United Nations peacekeeping operations.
Based on the Government’s Resolution No. 28/NQ-CP of March 3, 2021, on the issuance of the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the period 2021 – 2030.
Based on Decision No. 622/QĐ-TTg of May 10, 2017, by the Prime Minister on the issuance of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Upon the request from the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
